Amaan did a very good job with the resolution of the problem, after getting a description of the problem and reading the text of the SR, we installed Teamviewer. He was immediately able to find my lost/disconnected Contacts, and restored them in just a few minutes. I am a retired Mainframe software engineer and am use to dealing software developers etc. He was very efficient and knowledgeable even though he stated he was not use to working with Windows Live.
